SAFe® for Teams - Practitioner (SP) Training
In the SAFe® for Teams course, you will acquire the skills necessary to be part of a high-performance team within an Agile Release Train (ART). You will develop a deep understanding of how an ART functions and how a team effectively collaborates with other teams. You will learn how a team generates value and how to effectively fulfill roles and responsibilities using Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
During the two-day SAFe Teams program, you will learn how to break down features and write good user stories. You will understand how to plan and execute iterations and how to transition them into a program increment. Additionally, you will learn about the importance of continuous delivery for teams within the DevOps culture. Experience how to collaborate with other teams and what it takes to continuously improve the performance of the ART.

The target audience for the SAFe® for Teams 6.0 Practitioner (SP) Training includes team members, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and other professionals working in SAFe® environments who want to enhance their skills in agile team collaboration. The certification is designed for individuals who already have a basic understanding of agile methods and the SAFe® framework and want to further develop their competencies in the area of agile teams.
